10. Data Retention

10.1 jli1 retains your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulation. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the AMLC and Bureau of Internal Revenue regulations;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to two (2) years for analytics and security purposes, after which it is anonymized or deleted;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year after withdrawal of consent.

10.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction or identification.

12. Children's and Minors' Privacy

12.1 The jli1 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jli1 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

12.2 If jli1 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method.

12.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child or a minor in your care has registered on the jli1 Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

13.1 jli1 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where jli1 uses cloud infrastructure or game content providers with servers located abroad.

13.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jli1 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under the DPA, or transfers to countries recognized by the NPC as providing adequate data protection.

14.1 jli1 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number or email address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

14.2 The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
